MaxSeal Wall Model tunnel replacement carpeting is the perfect solution for pet owners looking for an easy-to-clean and durable carpeting for their pet's entrance. Made from high-quality materials, our carpeting is designed to withstand the wear and tear of everyday use, making it an excellent choice for indoor and outdoor spaces. Its soft texture provides a cozy and welcoming entrance for your furry friend. Our carpeting is available in a variation of beige/brown colors to match any decor. Please note that due to variations in carpet batches, we cannot guarantee the exact same shade.
To ensure your pet's safety, we recommend using a silicone adhesive to secure the MaxSeal Wall Model tunnel replacement carpeting to the tunnel floor. This will prevent your pet from slipping or sliding when entering or exiting through the pet door. Additionally, lining the sides of the tunnel with our carpeting is optional but recommended. The added layer of carpeting will provide extra cushioning for your pet and also help to reduce noise. Please note that if you decide to line the sides of the tunnel, you may need to purchase additional sets of carpeting depending on the size of your MaxSeal pet door.
MaxSeal Wall Model tunnel replacement carpeting is available in four different sizes to fit your pet's entrance perfectly. The carpet pieces are offered in lengths of 3’ and 6’ and widths of 10” and 16”. The carpet is only offered in widths of 10” or 16”. We recommend that you trim the width of the carpet to fit your tunnel onsite when installing it into your pet door. Installing the carpeting is easy and can be done in just a few simple steps. With our customizable sizing and easy installation process, you can create a comfortable and secure entrance for your pet in no time.
Our products are stored and shipped from multiple warehouses, with a standard dispatch time of 1-5 business days. While we make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, please keep in mind that some are made to order. For this reason, delay may be experienced.
We offer FREE shipping to the lower 48 states, but additional charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and other international destinations.
We do not offer free shipping for big sized/bulky pet doors like the Patio Dog Door, shipping cost will be calculated at check out.

Return/Refund Policy
Security Boss' products can be returned in their original condition for a full refund or replacement within thirty (30) days of delivery. We will also cover the return shipping cost if the return is due to our error such as an incorrect item or defective product.
You should expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, but in many cases, you will receive it sooner. This timeline includes the transit time from the shipper to us (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Warranty Policy
All Security Boss products, parts, and components are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of six (6) years from the date of purchase, under the ownership of the original purchaser.
If found to be defective in workmanship or material, Security Boss agrees to replace or repair at their expense per the schedule Manufacturer's liability on any claim and as long as it does not exceed the cost of the product.
