Its high-density polyethylene (HDPE) panel is reinforced on all sides with Security Boss' custom C-channel, which prevents warping, bending, and binding that naturally occurs with all polypropylene, plastic, or HDPE-type kennel doors. The HDPE panel is also easy to clean and sanitize, making it perfect for dog kennels, veterinary clinics, and other pet-related facilities.
All Classic Dog Kennel Doors come with the industry's strongest, heavy-duty rails. These rails are adjustable to ensure the proper fitting and operation of your indoor or outdoor dog kennel doors. Each dog door ordered will come with a hardware mounting/operation kit including pulleys and cables, allowing you to operate the guillotine door from outside the kennel. Optional Kennel Handles are available for kennel enclosures that have a chain link entrance, providing even greater convenience and functionality.

Our products are stored and shipped from multiple warehouses, with a standard dispatch time of 1-5 business days. While we make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, please keep in mind that some are made to order. For this reason, delay may be experienced.
We offer FREE shipping to the lower 48 states, but additional charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and other international destinations.
We do not offer free shipping for big sized/bulky pet doors like the Patio Dog Door, shipping cost will be calculated at check out.

Security Boss' products can be returned in their original condition for a full refund or replacement within thirty (30) days of delivery. We will also cover the return shipping cost if the return is due to our error such as an incorrect item or defective product.
You should expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, but in many cases, you will receive it sooner. This timeline includes the transit time from the shipper to us (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All Security Boss products, parts, and components are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of six (6) years from the date of purchase, under the ownership of the original purchaser.
If found to be defective in workmanship or material, Security Boss agrees to replace or repair at their expense per the schedule Manufacturer's liability on any claim and as long as it does not exceed the cost of the product.
