Dakota 283 obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to supplying replacement parts and labor for replacing any product that is, in the sole discretion of Dakota 283 found to be defective.  

    Any improper use, alteration, or repair to a product by the user or unauthorized service provider that affects the item materially and adversely shall void this warranty. Normal wear and tear to the product and failure to properly maintain and care for the item do not constitute a claim.
