We offer FREE shipping to the lower 48 states, but additional charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and other international destinations.
We do not offer free shipping for big sized/bulky pet doors like the Patio Dog Door, shipping cost will be calculated at check out.

Return and Warranty Policy
Security Boss' products can be returned in their original condition for a full refund or replacement within thirty (30) days of delivery. We will also cover the return shipping cost if the return is due to our error such as an incorrect item or defective product.
You should expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, but in many cases, you will receive it sooner. This timeline includes the transit time from the shipper to us (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All Security Boss products, parts, and components are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of six (6) years from the date of purchase, under the ownership of the original purchaser.
If found to be defective in workmanship or material, Security Boss agrees to replace or repair at their expense per the schedule Manufacturer's liability on any claim and as long as it does not exceed the cost of the product.
