All Zinger Sport Dog Gear Inc. parts and components are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase, under the ownership of the original purchaser.

What is covered under the warranty?

• All hardware, powder coating, and structural panel components that fail to hold up and perform under regular use.

What is not covered under the warranty? 

• Damage caused by accidents, scratches, dents, exposure to moisture and minerals, cosmetic damage, and other wear and tear factors beyond our control.
• Damage is caused by the dogs biting, scratching, salivating, urinating, and other bodily fluids. 
• Paint finishes outside of the first year of warranty.

Return Policy

All Zinger Sport Dog Gear Inc. products can be returned in the same condition that you received, unworn/unused, with tags, and in their original packaging for a full refund or replacement within fifteen (15) days of delivery. We will also cover the return shipping cost if the return is due to our error such as an incorrect item or defective product.
