This patio insert features a programmable cat door that can indicate whether your cat is indoors or outside. You can also program the timer to allow access outside for your cats at a specific time. With the ability to program up to 8 cats with this door, you can have peace of mind knowing that your cats are safe and secure.
The Elite Super Selective Patio Insert comes equipped with a RFID collar tag that unlocks the door, allowing your cat to push through the opening. Once your cat has entered or exited, a magnet centers the swinging flap and locks it into place. This locking method is what makes the Elite Super Selective Patio Insert raccoon-proof. Unlike most other locking cat doors, a raccoon cannot put their fingers underneath and lift outward, ensuring that your cat is safe from unwanted intruders.

Our products are stored and shipped from multiple warehouses, with a standard dispatch time of 1-5 business days. While we make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, please keep in mind that some are made to order. For this reason, delay may be experienced.
We offer FREE shipping to the lower 48 states, but additional charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and other international destinations.
We do not offer free shipping for big sized/bulky pet doors like the Patio Dog Door, shipping cost will be calculated at check out.

Security Boss' products can be returned in their original condition for a full refund or replacement within thirty (30) days of delivery. We will also cover the return shipping cost if the return is due to our error such as an incorrect item or defective product.
You should expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, but in many cases, you will receive it sooner. This timeline includes the transit time from the shipper to us (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Warranty Policy
All Security Boss products, parts, and components are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of six (6) years from the date of purchase, under the ownership of the original purchaser.
If found to be defective in workmanship or material, Security Boss agrees to replace or repair at their expense per the schedule Manufacturer's liability on any claim and as long as it does not exceed the cost of the product.
