We will provide a refund or replacement for any manufacturer defects or incorrectly shipped items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If you have a concern with any of our products, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to support@puppyfeverpro.com. Please include an explanation and specify the product, along with images of the potential defect or issue.
In the event that a defect has been confirmed after review by our Quality Assurance team, We will provide a refund, replacement item, or suitable substitute.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
